“The 2010 A.D. Latornell Symposium Grant made it possible for me to attend this wonderful opportunity to network with, and gain inspiration from, individuals and organizations tackling the urgent issue of biodiversity conservation in Ontario's watersheds.”
Dianne Watkins, BurlingtonGreen Environmental Association
“For an individual in the not-for-profit sector the Latornell Symposium was an excellent professional and personal development opportunity. Without the Grant Program I would not have had the financial means to attend. The symposium was an excellent opportunity for me to learn more about current environmental issues, new ideas for engaging the public and build partnerships with likeminded individuals/ organizations.“
Alix Taylor, Peterborough Green-Up
“The people you meet, the quality of the presenters and the organization of the conference makes this one of the best conferences in Ontario.“
