2011 A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium - Early Bird Deadline
Early bird deadline is fast approaching!
This is a reminder that the deadline for the Early Bird Rate for registration for the 2011 A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium is fast approaching. In order to qualify for the Early Bird Rate, your registration and payment must be received by the Symposium Registrar no later than Monday, October 3, 2011 at 11:59 pm. The Early Bird Rate for the Three Day Package is $535.00 (compared to $720.00 beginning on October 4). The A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium website (www.latornell.ca) provides information on how to register as well as details on rates for one-day packages.
We have an impressive list of speakers at this year’s Symposium and we expect that interest from delegates will be strong. Register soon and take advantage of the Early Bird Rate!
2011 A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium - Attention: Confirmed and Potential Latornell Exhibitors
For those of you that have not yet reserved your booth at this year’s Symposium space is becoming very limited. There are less than ten spots remaining in the Exhibitor’s Gallery. There are a few additional exhibitor booths available in the Conservation Dome, however these continue to fill up rapidly. Please act quickly to ensure that you get the booth that you want. The Exhibitor’s Registration Form can be accessed by clicking here. Please print the form, complete it and fax it along to the address provided. Delegate interest in the Symposium is strong again this year and we have introduced a number of improvements that should ensure high delegate traffic in the Exhibitor areas.
Auction Item Request
As in previous years we will again be holding a silent auction on the Thursday evening (November 17, 2011) with the proceeds to go to A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium Grant Program. This program is geared to assist students and others in the conservation community to attend the Symposium should they not otherwise be able to do so. If you have an item that you could donate to the auction please email Ken at ken@allsetinc.com and let us know. This will enable us to make sure that we give sufficient profile to the item and to your organization for donating it. If you are unable to bring the auction item with you to the Symposium we will make arrangements to get it from you ahead of time.
Thank you very much and we look forward to seeing you at this year’s A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium.
