The Latornell Conservation Symposium is one of Ontario’s premier environmental events, bringing together conservation professionals, researchers, and policymakers to advance sustainable watershed management. Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2025, the symposium will take place on November 3–4 at Paramount Eventspace in Woodbridge, Ontario.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The 2025 symposium offers several sponsorship levels to suit various organizational goals:

• Conservation Champion – $5,000
  Includes two full registrations, a 10’ x 8’ exhibit booth, recognition during the Chair’s Remarks, and corporate branding across event materials and signage.

• Exhibitor – $2,500
  Provides one full registration, a 10’ x 8’ exhibit booth, listing on the event website, and access to exhibit hall passes.

Exhibitor Details

Exhibit booths are equipped with a 6’ table, two chairs, electrical outlet, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The exhibit hall will be open during the symposium hours, with dedicated networking breaks to maximize attendee engagement.
