Oak Ridges Moraine Groundwater Program
The Oak Ridges Moraine Groundwater Program (ORMGP) consists of a partnership of municipalities, conservation authorities and consulting companies. Across a broad swath of south-central Ontario, the ORMGP’s on-line web portal, makes accessible a wealth of collected and interpreted hydrogeological related data. Some $2.5 billion worth of data and interpretations are available. This includes over 600,000 wells or boreholes, hundreds of millions of water level, pumping, and water quality, surface water and climate data. The website enables users to draw dynamic cross-sections across the study area and also provides access to over 16,000 documents from the ORMGP library.
