2025 Call for Student Moderators
If you are an undergraduate or graduate student in Ontario conducting research on a conservation-related issue, or if you are interested in pursuing a career in conservation, we encourage you to apply for a Student Moderator role at the 2025 Latornell Conservation Symposium. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and expand your professional network.
Enhance your public speaking skills and network with conservation professionals by serving as a Student Moderator at the Latornell Conservation Symposium. This unique opportunity allows you to:
- Assist with session management by keeping time and facilitating Q&A discussions
- Support speakers and ensure a smooth session flow
- Oversee up to two sessions (half-day commitment)
- Enjoy the opportunity to attend additional sessions, workshops, and networking events
