Exhibitor Information
BOOTH INFORMATION
- Booth selection is on a first-come, first-served allocation based on the date the sponsorship reservation is received.
- Booth size 8’ deep by 10’ wide.
- Each booth has one 6ft table, two chairs, and an electrical outlet.
- Sponsorship Levels indicate the number of Registrations an Exhibitor will receive.
- Name tags are provided for all exhibit representatives.
- Your company name, logo, and website will be listed on the Latornell website.
- Exhibit Hall Floor Plan will be available soon.
LOCATION
The Latornell Conservation Symposium is scheduled to take place at the Paramount Eventspace located at 222 Rowntree Dairy Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L 9T2.

Terms and Conditions
- Potential sponsors who are aligned with the goals of the Latornell Conservation Symposium will be considered for a 2024 sponsorship opportunity. The Latornell Symposium Steering Committee reserves the right to reject any sponsorship application.
- Sponsors are asked to provide their company logo and other details as required (such as correct use of sponsor’s name, trademarks, etc.) within 10 days of confirmation of their sponsorship.
- Payment for sponsorship is due within 30 days from the invoice date. The sponsor expressly understands and agrees that all amounts due must be paid prior to September 15, 2024, and that Conservation Ontario has the right to cancel this agreement if the sponsor becomes in arrears. Conservation Ontario has the right to resell the selected exhibitor booth, if applicable in the sponsorship package.

Newmarket, ON L3Y 3W3 - Sponsorship of the Latornell Conservation Symposium does not include registration fees unless expressly stated in the sponsorship opportunity details.
- Sponsors may not sublet, assign, or apportion any part of the item(s) sponsored, represent, advertise, or distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other firm or organization except if approved in writing by the Latornell Symposium Steering Committee.
- The Latornell Symposium Steering Committee will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor’s properties through fire, theft, accident, or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
- The sponsoring organization is responsible for obtaining insurance related to their participation as an exhibitor. All exhibitor property on location at Paramount Eventspace shall be at the sole risk of the exhibiting organization.
- Should the venue, location and/or floor plan change, the exhibitor will be assigned an alternate booth space according to their confirmation date.
- Sponsorship of the Latornell Conservation Symposium does not include a position on the Steering Committee.
Sponsorship Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the sponsor, a refund will be provided, less the following administration fees:
- Until July 31: 10% administration fee
- Until September 15: 30% administration fee
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after September 15.
Please note that the marketing of the sponsorship ceases on the date of the cancellation. To request a refund, please contact Karen Anderson at karen@allsetinc.com.
Event Cancellation
A full refund will be issued if the 2024 Latornell Conservation Symposium is cancelled.
